Jay has always stated he was a real estate man so like anyone else hes down a packet at the moment, probably at least 30 to 50%, as long as hes not highly geared he will be fine, but hes five to  ten years off regaining that wealth.

People are dreaming if they think it will recover there within 5 years. Places in Japan that were in a bubble in 1989 are still falling in value 23 years later.

No i dont think it will come back, Both Europe and The USA are uncompetitive at the working class level in global markets, so the future is more of the same with unemployment steadily climbing along with poverty, so i think values will stay where they are for a long time.

The problem for the USA is demographics. The first boomers were 55 ten years ago and at their peak earning power. They are 65 now and many will be squeezed out of their jobs over the next few years. There are millions this will happen to.

Well, its very difficult starting out because I had no references.  Most companies require a miminal stock purchase of inventory.  Nowadays, I get emails and letters from companies wanting me to sell their products on our site.  All of that however is useless without having any sales or marketing skills.  While my websites make decent money, the majority of profit is made through phone orders...just me, my bluetooth headset, and computer notepad.  

However, my key to bringing in the cash is to get the unique and unusual products....stuff that people just don't think about.  Here's one product that I'll be selling soon, the Squatty Potty.  I'll get a few hecklers (thank goodness Keith isn't around anymore) but it has a good profit margin rate and I feel that a lot of people will buy one for their bathrooms

Yawn!! These top ex pros are not worth anywhere near this amount of money. They may have a good portfolio of property but it wont be owned outright  ... They are comfortable I'm sure but they are not making celebrity money
