If you want to see nice pictures.. buy it. but other than that its a waste of money. Very limited information. Just a big marketing scam.  It would have been better if they just focused on 5 or so athletes pre-contest regimen rather than so many. I regret buying it.

The Book is legit, i stand by what was printed regarding what I did and what was printed.
Nice Job Larry, I highly recommend the book to everybody!

The book is sitting on my coffee table right now.  I will do a full review of it when I get the time.  Good book, and like I said, the only drawback is that roids are not covered.
