Roma is Evan Scentoped  (I know that's incorrect ) uncle.

Don't beat on me for misremembering the surname of an 80s/early 90s no name wrestler (@Hench)!

It is Evan Scentofpanties. Actually Evan seems like a decent dude, puts family before dying for us, which is admirable.

So you don't distinguish between technology and culture/values?

Quick, without looking it up. Who are the faces featured on Mount Rushmore? What decade did the Civil War/War Between the States take place? Name the five Founding Fathers?

Exactly.

The level of endemic ignorance with people today is just breathtaking.

Quick: what is the difference between endemic, pandemic and epidemic?

Exactly.

Keep worshiping people like Zyyz. It suits you. And stay home glued to your cell phone on election day.

Desirable lifestyle?  He was a cokehead, and popped ecstasy like tic tacs at raves and festivals, all the while knowing he had a heart condition.  That desirable lifestyle got him a long way.  It's not surprising that the morons from his generation looked up to him though.  They can't possibly think for themselves.
From the little I saw of him, I meant desirable in the sense that he had fun and got girls. (You dare protest this does not appeal to 99% of teenage boys?)

To be brutally honest, I have little info on Zyzz other than a lot of people know him, he had better shape than most of us, and he died of drugs.

Now the other side of this is, many of us are drawn or were drawn to the bodybuilding lifestyle, so lets not pretend that because Zyzz did drugs then he was an anomaly. Drugs ARE professional bodybuilding.

I liked the guy. He looked great and his videos were entertaining. I'm sure he would have been fun to hang out with.
But LOL @ being the 2nd most influential person in BB/Fitness. He'll just be a footnote in the history of the industry.

I'm not American so how would I know.

I don't worship shit my point in the original post was people hating on him but crying when the same thing happened to another bodybuilder. Zyzz took way too many rec drugs like Coke and Xanax but no need to hate on the guy or laugh that he died. How many guys look better at his age. Luke Wood (by his own admission on here) took way too much Thyroid drugs, 1000x the dose, so standing on a stage in a thong is better than wanting to get ripped for Stereosonic?  ;D :D

The world changes for better and worse. You old girls just cry about the good old days when it probably wasn't even that fucking good. You just can't remember the bad bits.

Huge difference between hormones used to improve physical performance and rec drugs. And just because someone has "fun" doing something that in no way means it's a good thing or something to emulated. Drugs and alcohol is a perfect example.  It can and does kill people -- like Zyyz.
