went to a non-denominational church this morning

you might have heard of it. its called the church of iron. i started out in the back pew, just warming up and listening. i ended up giving the sermon. i preached only
60 seconds between sets! 4 sets of each exercise, ten reps. i gave wisdom to any that wanted to hear my message!! i talked about the anabolic window after the gym.
YE MUST EAT 60 MINUTES AFTER THE WORKOUT, OR YOU MISS YOUR WINDOW. i taught the whole congregation to say YEAH BUDDY.

got to go, don't want to miss my anabolic window 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)
