He was so upset it took him two years to act.  And when he does he puts restrictions on law abiding citizens.  Im sure felons everywhere will not have access to firearms since they would not pass a background check  does anyone remember the fast and furious scandal where obama put firearms directly into the hands of drug cartels? After his speech concerning James Foley's beheading he golfed.

Although Obama called Foley’s parents to convey his condolences, neither the president nor anyone from the White House attended the journalist's memorial service in New Hampshire, even though three White House aides were dispatched to Ferguson, Missouri to attend the funeral of a black teen killed by a police officer.

We know what his priorities are.

It took years to act because the Republican controlled congress shot down even the most sensible gun control legislation.
