There is a lot of truth in what these guys are saying. I've seen copies of Dennis James and other guys cycles that Milos was training for the Olympia back then and test was around 1000 mg per week sometime lower. Slin and GH were high though and of course there were the other anabolics involved too.

Dennis Newman was good friends with my friend and he def loved winny and sometimes use nothing but at certain times of the year. I remember when he started a comeback and saw some pics of him. He was 100 mg of oral winny per day at the time and nothing else.

Ronnie said a lot of stuff. A lot of the guys come completely off after comps for a few months and juice up for the next contests.

Levrone clearly did this and didn't even train yet could come into the Olympia in 4 months and take 2nd. Once you've built it will come back and better if you have a rest. Lee also said he takes Anadrol first i'd heard him say it. I think he took much more than he admits offseason but there are guys taking stupid amounts like Bostin Lloyd and not looking like a pro it kind of kills the idea extreme amounts of drugs are absolutely needed.
