Nice. How'd you get them to do that? When my S2 screen cracked I had to go the insurance route ($100 deductible)
Basically I told them about what everyone else was offering. (T-Mobile has Galaxy One Note for FREE) I reminded them that I was a 13yr customer. Also, I am not worried about them going after me for the bill. I don't yell or scream, I just keep pulling logic out.
"What would resolve this"......"Fix it and I will pay what I would for the insurance"
