Good Lord no. I stay as far away from the word as possible. Even when trying to identify my preferred method of "fitness" I make it sound like some kind of magic mix of fitness methods "plus traditional weight training, of course"

Admitting to bodybuilding is akin to admitting you love the cock. Actually, loving the cock is probably more socially acceptable.

Nowadays, people will applaud your bravery!

I avoid talking about lifting unless someone asks me. Then again, I don't resemble a bodybuilder but more someone who just "works out".

I never say a word. They recognize mass and symmetry when they see it.

I used to get asked if I was a bodybuilder and I'd simply nod and say yup.
Now, I get asked , " Have you considered nutria-system?"
