That's not stupid Fred Durst of Limpwrist Bizkit in the red hat.

Lots of technique in that sport. Tried it once in a competition with no formal training and got beat pretty easily.

If he's having fun, good for him. His benching "career" is essentially kaput (but hell, he held the all-time raw record for a very long time, so that's OK), so this keeps him active and competitive, I guess.

He's a good guy.
