I work at a large company and I see affirmative action every single day.  I'm an engineer yet all my bosses have been women.  I remember when I was in College looking out in an engineering class of over 500 student and seeing maybe ten women.  

On the flip side there is someone who applied for those management positions who didn't get it because they needed to fill a quota.  I would not have a problem with any of this if a felt the best people were hired and promoted.  I know that's not the case.

I know that!  No...Really I do!  A Marine I knew years ago told me this and I have to paraphrase from memory:

Fairness has no place on the frontlines. You can either do the job or get yourself or someone else killed. Because if you didn't  make it to here on your own you may be carried out by those that did. Or have to drag them back because you couldn't hack it.

For the record, he was a Gunny in the U.S. Marines at M.C.R.D. San Diego and our Marines don't give a fook what color you are because they're brothers of the blood and it all runs red.   A Marine's blood runs red, white and blue.

And yeah...The Gunny was a black guy but he would say more than that he was an American.  No one would say otherwise to him that knew him.

Yes, imagine an entire country that does this, it's called South Africa and forces private companies to employ people according to racial percentages of the population and then also forces companies to give shares to black workers.

Why has no one asked why Arab countries more amenable to an influx of Arabs won't accept these refugees? Like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar or even Pakistan? Why should any European country take them in when their own kind have the resources and refuse to do so? It's like the Trojan Horse all over again.

Of course Arab countries don't want the Muslim refugees. It costs money and it's dangerous. The same reason Europe shouldn't accept them.

Letting in a few millions migrants from the middle east under the definition of refugee status was the epitome of stupidity and naivety.  Millions of people are not true refugees, more like relocating a whole country. Many of those people have no interest in assimilation even if they are peaceful, they want to build little Muslim communities and continue their laws and traditions.  The leftists are out of control...more interested in mixing cultures than protecting their people.  After reading that story where hundreds of middle eastern migrants sexually assaulted more than a hundred women on new years even shows how stupid this idea was, just one example of the crimes being committed by migrants.

Read something this morning about a new French law basically taking away citizenship from people who go and fight along side terrorists and or do bad things in the country.

We need something like that here.
