I know you're trying to be clever, but what you've said is neither untrue nor ironic.

The agitators in that video appear to be Arabs, Turks, and negros.  They're not "French".  They are very likely unassimilated, on the whole.  (Assimilation is not impossible, but is very rare and difficult.  It involves, among other things, abandoning Islam and adopting Catholicism.)
