If you want to use drugs in the privacy of your home it's none of the government's damn business. Guy was probably smoking a joint over a BBQ and some Pentacostal grandma neighbor called the cops.
I still think that drug users over the age of 25 are losers with duct tape on their car but it's not a police matter.
