Everyone is working with the same information. NO ONE has anything new to say. But at least the regurgitated shit Blaha says is USEFUL.

All of these people, gurus or whatever the heck they call themselves, never had anything new to say; they just know how to use and convey OLD information the best. This goes for Shelby, Meadows, Blaha, Dave Tate, John Beercardi, Aceto, Palumboism, and so on.

Vegan Gains on the other hand does offer a damn useful thing! Bitching, bitching, and bitching, and that all one needs to do are squats, bench press, rows, chinups three times per week for a good physique.
