My able deputy, Barney Fife, may have been inept at times, but he only dropped the hammer on Thelma Lou, Juanita from the diner, and on one silly, drunken occasion, a threesome with Aunt Bee and Ernest T Bass (he still has the dress)...he never chased jail bait.
