Dude is rolling it in just off the general monthly source fee which would start at 100 dollars minimum (just a guess) times 100's of sources. The site alone puts him in the 10's of thousands per month.
Also he has been involved in the game forever, competed at national level, was 1 place away from a pro card. Can not say where but not the States
That was well over 12 years ago. He has worked close to the highest level of bodybuilding since the 90's or even late 80's
