who knows this?

It's pretty obvious what's about to happen next.

Shirt comes off & pretends to be superman, then Joe's shirt comes off... Do you really need me to continue?...

Rick Wayne wrote a book about bodybuilding some years ago.  I think the title was Muscle Wars.. Whatever the title was, I never read it.

I don't know anything about his personal life, and it's none of my business, but for some reason there is something in these photos and a few other I recall seeing that makes me wonder.  G4P? Or just G?

Also, is he still alive?  I seem to recall too his name around a lot in bodybuilding circles.

That was the year Rick hurt his neck so bad during his comeback he could barely move his arms. He wanted to show his progress in his comeback but he knew it was over because he couldn't move because of the pain. That's why Joe is helping get his shirt off.

I've wanted to read that for a while but was always expensive as on Abe books. I actually ordered it yesterday off their I found one for about 49US and 9US shipping and went fuck it.

The first half of muscle smoke and mirrors part 2 was very good too.
