That's actually quite dangerous for the private parts.

I know a guy who went completely impotent and it was apparently because of naked sunbathing.

Also, sun bathing causes accelerated aging.

Germans have no qualms about getting their gear off, it's true. What I don't understand though, is that when I go to the sauna, I'm sharing all the facilities with men,women and children of all ages, but I have to go back to a separate men's only changing room to put my clothes on. Somehow underwear is more outrageous than nothing at all?
