not sure if this a new product or not. i saw it at target for the first time three weeks ago, and bought a bottle. holy shit is this stuff good. not as hot as sriracha, but hot enough to get me sniffling.
and i like the owner. he doesn't care who make a copycat product, as he doesn't have a patent on his sriracha sauce. he says people will buy his product.

i went back and bought 5 more bottles, putting this stuff on everything.  ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::)

hipsters have destroyed the bourbon market, but made sriracha appear everywhere now.

we used to get it in chinatown many years ago.  always kind of wondered why it wasn't more popular and now it is.

likely because it tastes good, and isn't really hot.
