The funny thing is that shows like this are becoming huge!! It really appeals to people. I mean, people think getting into shape requires some magical potion or divine knowledge. I mean, of course being an Olympic athlete takes precision. But getting into shape is pretty easy. These people treat it as if its some monumental, enigmatic task. It really isnt.
