apparently they are selling houses from 3k to 10k in florida

obviously not the best neighborhoods but thats crazy cheap ,and a really good market price to rent out for 6 hundred a month for a house u bought for 8k. you could buy the  whole block and total change the social demographic for the better

Find me a place somewhere near east coast in Miami for that price and I'll take a few.

Must be some trailer park or a place where white man is as commin as a straight man in GB.

I had a friend who did this for real. Houses can go cheap but it's no easy meal ticket. It's still work which requires big capital investments.

They bought houses at "auction" but there were no laws against talking to other business people and they would often "agree" to bid on this or that. Then they buy the house and find shitstains on the walls and bags of cement down every toilet.

may have chinese drywall.   rots away the plugs and pipes in 10-15 years and owners do everything they can not to discover it so they can sell and play ignorant.   Or, those with bank 'issues' that sell anyway 'cash only'. 

all in all, SW FL RE is improving BUT so many trashy people have moved into the nice areas due to rent dropping for 5 years, that everyone's value is kinda hurt.
