My guess is Neil Gardner?  He did just compete in the Aussie Pro and he was in blue trunks.  He's 5'2"

Agreed, but I think there was an entire line of vids in the 80s with a short guy doing sports.  I think he was "Dorf".  Does anybody else remember this stuff?
