The average muscle gain per year

I know everyone is different. But u have some number ? What the average pure muscle you can gain on one year?

Totally depends on genetics, dosage, experience etc.

This is a question that absolutely has no answer.

I Picked up 20lbs muscle in 6 months time but body weight went from 199 to 241lbs at the peak of the bulk (september- mid december bulk) measured body fat with calipers-(not best way but if skin folds go down u know u lose body fat) at 8.75% at 221lbs. Went to beach and ate shit and drank for 2 weeks now at bloated 230 lbs.

It's indivual really I'm 6ft so 199 was skinny for me but lean I looked good i guess. I was strong could bench 4 plates for a double at that weight but. I look better at 220 now leaner more muscle. Got used to that look and perfect meals everyday once or twice a week hefty cheats. Fell off diet 2 weeks and soaked up water like a sponge also I lnjured so training is gonna be off for a few more weeks like to achieve 230 at 8% by August whatever it comes out to will be. Ill stay lean as possible the September try and pack on more muscle most the new weight came in my back and quads. Which was the goal.

When you're a newbie, 25lbs in a year is possible with great genetics.

After a few years of use and training 2lbs of quality muscle each year is realistic and makes a noticeable difference to a physique.  Talking about real muscle, not water weight.

What can be done these days with SARMS, peptides, and slin....could be more.

I had a few springs into summer where i ran tren only and low test,  I added about 12 to 15 pounds of body weight starting in march prob peaked in june and i was pretty dam lean.  I did this for three or 4 summers and had the same result each time. diet was on point 80 percent of the time and i did a lot of walking fast paced for cardio,
