Mon night----Triceps 5000 reps and then Biceps 1000 reps and Triceps a 2nd time 1000 reps Then walk on
treadmill for an hour and then do biceps for the 3rd time in the day at 50 sets 500 reps.

Tues---Back and Arms. Nothing serious on Arms. Light weight, 1000 reps for biceps and 1000 reps for tris.

Weds---Quads and Biceps. Heavy day for bi's. 100 sets times 4 to 8 reps per. 100% effort on first 50 sets. And
85% effort on next 50 sets.

Thurs---Shoulders and Triceps. No bi's today so do 250 sets of triceps. 8-12 rep range. Go to sleep Thursday
night thinking your arms are too small and have to train them harder and longer tomorrow.

Fri morning------Hams and Arms. Took bi's off yesterday but dreamt about them and will do 500 sets of bi's and
250 sets of tris this morning. Rep range 10 reps every set

Fri night-----Techno night in the gym. Means a min of 500 sets for Bi's and 250 sets of tris

Sat---- Rest during day thinking of Arms

Sat night---Arms. Run the dumbbell rack for 4 hours. Do 50 min straight then 10 min rest X 4

Sun morning---Walk into the gym and if hot dudes standing near the dumbbell rack---Arms

Sun night----Walk into the gym and if hot dudes standing near the dumbbell rack---Arms

I don't like Phil's physique because of the obvious reasons but you can't deny that he is going to be virtually impossible to dethrone with where he is at, right now.

I'm starting to think that Rami has a bit of Chris Cormier in him.  He is gigantic but none of it looks particularly outstanding.  He has the same lack of interest that I had for Cormier's physique, despite him having very good proportions.

and that is exactly why pro bodybuilding is fucked, a physique shouldn't have a body part that jumps out at you, that is a fault.
Balanced physiques seldom get the reward they deserve.

Doesn't matter how much muscle he puts on... his physique has no flow at all and he'll always be narrow.

As much as I hate it when people bash Phil for being narrow, I do have to say the front relaxed and front lat spread poses make him look extremely disproportionate. Yeah, his clavicles are narrow, everyone knows that, he knows that, too, nothing can be done about that. When he's dieted down he does look good from the front (or at least he did in 2011 and 2013 I believe). From the back its Phil all day. Out of the crop of guys now I have no problem having him as Mr. O. He did deserve it every year he's won, even if some wins were not in dominant fashion. Kai came close to beating him, but the gut and the refusal to down-size and bring in a tighter look hurt him and Phil just out-classed him. From recent pics I've seen of Kai, he won't be able to battle Phil anymore, his back started regressing very quickly.
I think out of the top guys, the ones who have a chance to beat Phil are Rhoden and Ramy. Ramy is working with Aceto this year and we all know Aceto is a wizard when it comes to bringing guys in peeled to the bone. Rhoden needs size in the right places and hopefully that's what he's done this offseason. Last year he had that lower belly distension, I hope him and Chris get that sorted out this year.
But in the end I think Phil will take it a 6th time and that'll be that.

yes he stayed "big" this year offseason which is not his usual routine....interesting to see what happens this year as either he has had to up the doses (maybe trying to fight off the palumboism) or Rimjob and him have plans to bring him in even bigger than ever??

His back is and has been a strength.  Phil, although narrow has muscles that look 3D and pop when on stage.  Narrow clavicles, yes.  But no missing body parts plus ATG caliber arms and good calves
for a hebrew.

Arms overpower the rest of him,  even from the back .

WoooSHHH
Nope. It's the angle. His arms don't overpower his back, especially in the BDB pose, unlike Dennis Wolf.

Unless he royally screws something up last minute or gets an injury he's got no.6 in the bag.
Like a torn, missing bicep?

Or maybe coming in smaller than ever?

What about gyno?

No. The only thing that can actually stop the reigning Mr. O is a pack of ninjas. Fact.
