Good question...I can only give my opinion since no one has done research or taken a survey....I think its because some people have FINALLY woken up and looked at Obama's legacy and has said to themselves "you know, he's not as bad as has been portrayed"....They look at the silliness of the statements that have been made by trump and Republicans running for president and they look at the reality and they are finally willing to give Obama his due (grudgingly)Do you have a theory?
It was a rhetorical question, because it's pretty silly to place any stock in a 3 percent rise in an approval rating, this late in the game, when all of the focus has been on the primaries rather than what a lousy job Obama has been doing as president.
