Not really my thesis, the first claim is well established and documented but the second claim is, to my knowledge, my own thesis.

Make sure to have low normal BP. Sacrifice some leg strength and gain some health and arm strength.

Power lifters often gain BP right before a squat meet or other competition, with help of salt. Bench press is mostly leg strength also. I doesn't measure arm strength.

Pure strength is always enhanced when an inidividual is "pressurized".

I have been experiencing a slight tingling in my hands and feet (extremities) very recently.  Just at the tips and it is slight but persistent.  Thought it might be BP related.  No health issues and in good shape.  Hopefully not a sign I'll keep over soon.

I suggest googling furiously and/or webmd. Found it: you're dying.
