What you see everyday on CNN is not reality. It’s a narrative that this administration is in constant chaos. We’re three years into the Trump Presidency and none of the dire chicken little predictions have come true.

The idea of trying to break up hurricanes with nuclear explosions is rooted in speculations in the popular media about  "Project Plowshare"...Numbers were crunched and not only would a hurricane not be broken up...but you have compounded your situation with fallout being spread by the storm.

Also, tropical storms is how many arid areas in the Western US and Mexico get much of their fresh water...What made Harvey so bad for Houston was that a stalled front kept it from going into West Texas.
