They could have given that money to white women and entice them to have more white babies. But they do the opposite. This is Genocide.

By taxing White people the war criminals / traitors are guilty of Act D - Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group. The traitors are actually guilty of Acts A-E. All of them.
