2016 Olympia - Info

September 15th, I will be heading to my 19th or 20th Olympia, not sure - but hope to see a few of you there as usual.

Every year, whether it is at the Meet the Olympians, or the Press Conference, or the Expo floor, or various events, people come up and say hello.  Always pretty cool

The 2016 Mr. Olympia starts on Thursday, September 15th with the Press Conference and Meet the Olympians.

Then Friday and Saturday are the bodybuilding events, and the expo.
