Bump for a insider's view. Milos Sarcev describes exactly what happened that fateful night

Milos comments: When Dillet froze onstage !!!

Paul Dillet is my friend and I am sure he wouldn't mind my interpretation of what happened.
I believe that accident happened 1994 or 1995 in Ohio at Arnold Classic.
Paul was one of the favorites and he looked great day before and morning of the show.
During the first round it was apparent that show is going to be between Paul and Kevin.
Paul was dry to the bone and in all honesty -best I have ever seen him.

Second round started and it was turn for Paul to do 7 mandatory poses.
In his first pose front double biceps he looked great with exception that his eyes looked like a slot machine. I was just waiting for cherries to pop out.
Next was lat spread and as everyone knows Paul is a master of making his lats disappear in this one.
Side chest was excellent and audience went wild.
Than he turned around and show really begun.
He extended one leg showing a calf (normal thing to do) and than he raised one arm (left one). He started waving and I thought I was in all Western movie witnessing cowboy saying goodbye to the girl that is on the train.
Audience was patiently waiting wondering what the hell was he really doing UNTIL he turned around and everyone could see painful grimace on his face.
There he was standing, locked up with one arm up, stomach protruded due to severe cramp, eyes closed, screaming...
Four people had to carried him off the stage.

Later I spoke to him and he told me about that unforgettable experience.
He said he was taking several diuretics and he did not know when to stop.
I know how Paul is, and I can tell you that he probably took about half dozen of different diuretics toping everything off with injectable lasix on the day of the show!
After first round he was point ahead of Kevin, thinking where is he going to spend $90000.00!

Paul's eyes looked like a "slot machine". What a friggin weirdo.

I remember watching the 1996 ASC and thinking the same thing. His eyes were bouncing around, and his eye lids were blinking very oddly.
