The "Pivot" was fun. A nice glimpse of positivity, which some people really liked, and Trump got within 3-4 on average, last wednesday.
Now Hilary is moving back up, +7 in two polls yesterday nationally. Rassmussen is the only national poll now with Hilary losing, with her only have 38%, which nobody believes. Rass also was the only poll predicting a Romney win, a week out, back in 2012. They lean right, they always do, but they make people feel good, so they always get play even when they're always wrong.
In 10 days, Hilary will be back to her comfy lead. Trump returned to his base with this speech, he cancelled the saturday big speech to an African-American audience... he's going back to the base. Conway isn't the media face of the campaign anymore. Coulter and Rush mocking Trump was enough - he went off script and swung back right. Ego couldn't handle it.
Arizona speech sunk The Pivot. Give it 7-10 days and let's see were the polls land. The only wildcard remaining is Hilary's health... emails won't hurt her, but looking like absolute sick shit lately might. Really looking rough, doing small fundraisers and just laying low. "Let Trump do his own damage" has worked so far. But she needs to appear healthy if Trump bothers to do the debates.
