That's correct, I've never heared one bad word about Jay from people who've actually met him in person. Very grounded and smart guy, nice and friendly to everyone.
A lotta people were shocked about many pros they met at Expos etc. When u talk to guys like Coleman or Cormier face to face u think u need a talking drum to communicate with em 
He's a cool guy.
Always has had good reviews from fans and signs all sorts of stuff even unrelated items. Not arrogant or stuck up.
Think that's why people, regardless of any physical flaws accepted him as a successor in o terms.
Nothing against Phil but there's nowhere near as many fans that agree he's as popular as Jay was/is. Whether that's down to Phil or not is anyone's guess but Jay def. had a good mark around his name.
I think both Phil and Jay are good BB's though and Phil does get a lot of shit on here but each ot their own.
