51/52 right?  Same age as Levrone?  Talk about burning through your supply of telomeres...

Just the other day a friend of mine was saying to me I should just quit and not workout at all. What he don't understand is that I'm a warrior. I didn't win 8 Mr Olympia's by quitting somewhere along the way although it may have crossed my mind. But you see Warriors don't quit, we fight till the death Mothersucker. Like the said last week, it's on till the break of dawn.

There's nothing left for him to prove.  He should be walking or pedaling for 45 minutes a day, maybe some nice yoga.

Sad when we see pros unable to realize this is a young man's support.  Kevrone did it because he took ten years off, and surely he's feeling some negative effects we're not hearing about.

IMHO, ronnie should never be touching a free weight again.

What a load of shit,  branding yourself "a warrior" He still continues to abuse his body because he's scared of becoming nothing, not getting noticed not getting asked how to getbig etc

Indeed and dare I say, this actually seems to be one of Ronnie's most articulate moments.

Does this end of the Ronnie was natural when he turned pro balonie? He took pro doses to turn pro and started blasting the fuck out of himself about '97 on. Has anyone fallen apart as fast as Ronnie. Side note with all the Levrone hype a buzz. I would bet money Shawn Ray could get back into incredible shape. Trained smart, seemed to dose smart, I bet his body is still pretty darn fresh

Shawn has practically turned into female.
Look at the smoothness, wide hips and round cheeks.

Not sure if he would grow much muscle anymore.

This is an interesting post because that is exactly what dorian yates is doing these days riding a bicycle, hiking and doing some yoga and this was one of the more hardcore bodybuilders of all time but he knew when it was time to move on.
