Well said regarding the bold part, so I don't understand why the Bailies sold their merch business too Aron (maybe to busy with their gym?).

Anyway, will any of the other brands still in business/profitable in 5 years? I highly doubt it.

Dana and Rob want more time for themselves which is what I believe was reason.  It really doesn't matter what the longevity of a business is because you can always modify it or just wind it down and do something else....that's with anyone.

I don't know why these people get in bed with this guy. Kai could have started his supplement line without Aaron same with Dana and Rob, they didn't need him. I think we are seeing one of the best con men of our time.

Problem is these brands all compete with each other for the same customers.

Kai would have had to put up a large amount of capital, get a supplier to produce products, hire employees, and rent a facility.....all before even selling one product whereas Aaron already has those contingencies taken care of.  The only person who actually did that was Ronnie Coleman and he still had to sell all of his cars , take out a mortgage in addition to taking out a huge loan.

But you are dead wrong if you think these people competing for the same customers.  Kai has his own following, Dana and Rob have theirs, etc.

I am at a complete loss regarding the sup industry and those involved within the production and sales of the sup products, but this guy SINGERMAN appears to be a very smart and industrious individual if all of the above is true.

You don't get marketing. Yes Kai & DLB have their own following but that is very small in the big picture, they won't make much money just marketing to their loyal customers.
I know, you don't

Yeah, it's always great business to own multiple brands that sell the same thing & compete against one another, especially in the small fringe bodybuilding industry.

Its not my problem how Aaron runs his business but considering that he's now a multi-millionaire, he must be doing something right

What seems to be real is not always the real truth, grasshopper fathopper.

Anyone can lease a Lamborghini & claim they own it.

Anyone can post pics of themselves on Instagram in fancy clothes, in private jets, in expensive restaurants etc & be living by the skin on their wallet to maintain the illusion of success.

Exactly, the illusion of social media. He is making some money but those brands are not doing great in the big picture compared to other companies.

The main issue that I find odd is that he's competing with himself on multiple fronts & will have conflict of interest issues.

Makes no sense, but then again, I've never leased a Lamborghini before & claimed I owned it, so what do I know about business.  ::)

It's a win-win for Singerman but a lose for Kai, Dana, etc.

Actually some of them are hoarding it...dying to get any piece of merchandise from Dana and Rob...they have a serious cult following.  Their fans are as rabid as Chris Benoit

how would you characterize your fans?

It's a win-win for Singerman but a lose for Kai, Dana, etc.

If Kai, Dana etc are smart, they will have a contract that gives them a % of the gross profits, even if it's a smaller % than net.

This way 'expenses' like leased Lamborghinis, expensive lunches & 1st class airfare can't be siphoned off the top, leaving little in terms of actual net income.

I'm sure they thought of this since bodybuilders are real smart.
