Hey everyone I'm 19, I'm in love with lifting, juice, tree and music. I had a nicer introduction wrote up but the tab crashed, oh well. I've been lifting for almost 7 years and tried to pick up good habits. Off and on dbol for 4 months now, just got done a test e cycle. What pressed me to make an account here after lurking for a couple months now, I don't know what compound to run. Everything seems so exciting (except the highly androgenic compounds like tren). It would take forever to find the right compound for me. Anyway for some more bg, I train 4 on 1 off, my bench is lower 400's, squat lower 500's, deadlift mid 500's. I have found Yates to be the most influencing bodybuilder, followed by Schwarzenegger. My favorite lifts are the dumbbell fly, squat, and cable pullover. My problem area, arms. But I think I have them figured out and starting to bring em up. I respond really well from flat bench and low bar squats. I need to figure out my forearms, calves and maybe my biceps, but I'm confident I can bring everything else up without any issues. My favorite foods are chicken and rice, naturally.
Oh, stats, yea more e-stats. I'm 5'9 3/4 and 230 right now, I was 250 a couple weeks ago, but I was also running 50mg of dbol at once pre-workout as a test. All it did was put on water weight and instantly give me gyno. I have lost a lot of fat since then, yes. Idk if people even care or believe but if it helps with advice then why not.
Again, I'm looking for a not-so harsh compound. I'm not going to run say... halo or tren. I was really looking at deca or eq. Just one new compound, I like to see how everything effects me. I got dbol and test figured out
