The reason why bodybuilders dont like dieting

  Bodybuilders eat the same damn food over and over again I dont know why this is, there are so many foods to choose from but when a lifter is dieting he eats broccoli, fish, chicken breast, rice, oatmeal, some whey protein, after a few weeks your body gets tired of the same food and you start to hate the dieting.
 Every single week you should be eating something different that is what i do and I never get bored.

The real question is why the majority of this board hates on cannibus

But totally cool with swallowing malted hops and fermented poison whilst taking adderal and wonder why you can't weigh over 210lbs

Personally, some people have a predisposition to addiction and should have nothing to do with drugs or alcohol. I found out the hard way when I was younger. Something I did that I never thought I would have to do is tell my son my testimony BEFORE he was peer pressured into doing anything.

I disagree with you eating candy, biscuits processed foods with refined sugar and processed sodium these kind of foods fuck with your insulin levels, if you are going to eat this kind of garbage it should be in a cheat meal no more than once weekly.
