Bodybuilders eat the same damn food over and over again I dont know why this is, there are so many foods to choose from but when a lifter is dieting he eats broccoli, fish, chicken breast, rice, oatmeal, some whey protein, after a few weeks your body gets tired of the same food and you start to hate the dieting.
Every single week you should be eating something different that is what i do and I never get bored.
