Pastel was incredible, had great state presence too. If he'd been 5.10 he'd have been Mr Olympia

His training was unique too!

Still looks great in his fifties

i think guys like Pastel, they have the same amount of muscle as a 5'10 guy would have, but it is huge on a 5'4 guy?

See, I know the argument, and totally respect the way these guys look on stage solo posing. But I remember the shock - and it was shock - I felt when I was at a pro show and first Porter Cottrell and then David Dearth walked past up close, then 2 minutes later Pastel. It was like they kept getting shorter and shorter. I had to follow Pastel round a little bit (no homo) because I couldn't believe how short he was!

I mean, I wouldn't have even put him at 5'4" - he seemed closer to 5' dead to me. And his waist must have been something stupid like 25" too...
