President Barack Obama said his signature health-care law has “real problems” that have been exacerbated by congressional gridlock and political polarization.

The Affordable Care Act is under strain after an exodus of major health-insurance companies from government-run marketplaces called exchanges, as well as large rate hikes in many states. Minnesota’s commerce commissioner, Mike Rothman, said on Friday that he would allow insurers selling individual plans in the state to raise their prices by at least 50 percent next year after the near “collapse” of its market for individual coverage.

"So you've got this crazy system where all of a sudden 25 million more people have health care and then the people who are out there busting it, sometimes 60 hours a week, wind up with their premiums doubled and their coverage cut in half. It's the craziest thing in the world," Clinton said.

I wonder if people realize the penalty goes up every year? People are paying over a $1000 a month for insurance that has outrageous deductibles so it's worthless unless you end up in the hospital.

This is how it will be fixed.  Keep insurance for kids till they are 26. Keep the provision for insuring pre existing conditions.  Make having insurance voluntary.  If you make under a certain amount the federal government will pay a subsidy on a sliding scale dependent on income and dependents  to assist if you want to pay for insurance.  This could all be printed on 5 pages of paper instead of the massive Obama care plan.

Does anyone realize this country is on the verge of financial collapse and Obama care is adding is a massive contribution to the problem?
