I told you all, Bonac is the truth.  He's the new Dexter. He's more complete than Dexter and comes in just as good condition but fuller.  Barring injury, he'll be an all time great.  He's very complete.  The only thing I see him improving is his already sick conditioning.  He could place as high as second in the O and it be well deserved. Now as far as him beating Heath, that is a no go.

I think he looked better in the video you posted. His abs were not as blurry and his conditioning was better. I agree with you he needs to out condition the taller guys. Maybe it's the lighting.
