We were always told as kids to clean our plates, even the dinner ladies at first school used to make us finish our dinners before letting us back in the school yard, the mash potato was always disgusting and full of lumps and you had to flatten it with your fork to make it look like you ate it

Kid finishes his plate and says he's full: you might as well beat the shit out of him just to keep him on his toes.
Life's a bitch and you shouldn't be surprised so many people develop eating disorders to cope with it.
