I couldn't believe the last ukfbb show I attended, may as well drop bodybuilding all together and just go with men's and women's bikini....

They should put all the fairy's on last, instead of fucking all the bodybuilders off .... No one is getting judged properly after the judges have sat through hrs of men's and women's bikini, who no one even knows how to judge anyway

Because they have so many classes now they also rush the judging of each class so they can finish the show on time which gives them like 10-15 min. to judge a class of 20+ competitors. So instead of doing a lot of comparisons and judge the physiques properly they just look for familiar faces from the gyms they run to put them in the top places.

I was once onstage next to a guy and his brother was judging us?

Same thing happened this year at the  Arnold Amateur Europe in the classic over 180 cm. class. The guy who won(a spanish competitor,and the show was in Spain) was presented the trophy by one of the judges-his brother.

Imagine all the money and effort one spends only to be fucked up by the judges who "judge".
There should be a governing body within the IFBB that controls such affairs in the national affiliates.

thats why people who enter bodybuilding shows should never be that bothered about winning, lots of winners are winners because they got put there.
Only once have I seen a guy get awarded first place and pass his trophy to the runner up.
Peter Wall won the Britain in 89 and Terry Fisher was the clear winner, when they got onstage for the photos Peter swapped the trophies around.

It didnt overturn the result but it was a nice gesture.

No it wasnt, hes an ex IFBB pro who competed with NABBA this year, he won class 4 which allowed him to compete in the pro class, that was won by Tony Mount.

BETHERE, Great story on the 'trophy trade'! I've never seen nor heard of that being done before.

If I had witnessed that I would have purchased an additional trophy and awarded it to him a week or so later for ... Sportsmenship ... even if I did not agree with him.

Thanks for passing that story on.
