im going to do these twice a day every day till my back heals well enough so i can get back to doing front squats 7 days a week

did ur back recover from them?

sure i know i can rest and not do shit then sure id have no pain or soreness sitting around all day. i see this as a serious challenge in my life, lower back pain is probably the most aggravating muscle pain u can have... but if this experiment works and i can get stronger through this  pain i will have achieved a next level of adaption that maybe only few have obtained through reverse hypers

How's your mattress? If you haven't flipped it in a while, do so.

its not that bro my back has gone out around 30 times in two years. whenever i ramp up daily activity or consistent with squats ect it will start to go out or go completley out

id rather fight the pain than just rest because of a bad back but i dont know wat to fight the bad back with besides rest.

when u take off days because of a bad back u lose momentum staying fit and consistent

You might want to start considering whether squats are a good idea for a guy your height who isn't a kid anymore. A long torso puts the lower back in a bad leverage position.

I've been doing a lot of lunges these days and I really haven't seen much of a difference if any from when I was squatting.

I've concluded that I need to buy an inversion table.

Work on getting rid of the spasms in your lower back and add stretches.

Reverse hyper bench is the one piece of equipment every gym should have.  Yes, reverse hypers will likely fix your back problems.  Inversion table lol.  Buy a reverse hyper bench, it's all you need for a healthy, strong back.  Your squats and deadlifts will thank you for it as well.

Very strange because front squats take the stress off your lower back this the best form of squats when you have lower back problems, I use to have back problems so what I did was every time when I go to the gym before I start lifting I would warm up by doing abs and lower back exercies after about two months my lower back issues was gone and I started deadlifting again and my deadlifts was a lot stronger.
