RONNIE - '01 Grand Prix

I am one of the few who think that Ronnie soundly beat Jay at the '01 Olympia, and at the Grand Prix shows he didn't have the bloated gut, so he looks better here. One of his more underrated looks IMO.

Would love to see that version of Ronnie stand next to the very punchable Phil Heath and see how arrogant Phil would act onstage. To hear Ronnie tell Phil to get off the stage son and to take notes on how it's supposed to be done. Fucking humble Heath once and for all.

This was at the 2001 New Zealand Grand Prix. Ronnie peaked in 2001 at this show and the Arnold Classic.

Not sure but something happened. By the end if his career you can see the outer side of his left quad started retreating up his leg.

Hip problems causing nerve degeneration leading to atrophy. His leg also looks supinated more on the left than right.
