Milos is looking very stringy in that front bicep pose.  Reminds of the string look Lex Luger had towards the end of his ring career.

91-94 he competed a lot he was gradually adding size he was small but great shape/posing in those early days.

His back and arms kept him out of the top tier, wouldn't gavew mattered how much size he put on

Pavel looks bigger, Milos looks better.

And he has less synthol in him, and that's why he look as flat as he looks. Later pictures he has found his fountain of miracles, and pumped synthol all muscles possible

Pavol all the way. Milos had conditioning but his proportions always sucked. Arms were always too small.
