thread title says it all. been doing low volume but heavy chest almost daily and my chest is improving so much its almost annoying that i was doing the "bb split" for almost 10 yrs. fucking magazines and their ploy to sell supps and "recovery". lol, fucking joke. i just do deads, some chest pressing or heavy db flies, and a shoulder movement daily. heavy, low volume, not wrecking myself, just heavy stimulation for a little bit and leave. looking better and fuller than ever (and my genetics suck, so any change is a big deal for me)
