chest everyday and getting results

thread title says it all. been doing low volume but heavy chest almost daily and my chest is improving so much its almost annoying that i was doing the "bb split" for almost 10 yrs. fucking magazines and their ploy to sell supps and "recovery". lol, fucking joke. i just do deads, some chest pressing or heavy db flies, and a shoulder movement daily. heavy, low volume, not wrecking myself, just heavy stimulation for a little bit and leave. looking better and fuller than ever (and my genetics suck, so any change is a big deal for me)

No one fact is essential... You can work chest once a week or once a day, as long as everything else changes accordingly.

Yepp! Thats what im telling everyone. U cant fully develop the whole body, there is no time for it. If u want to max out a muscles full potential u have to train that specific muscle 6 time/week for about 2-3 houers heavy/medium/light/low reps/high reps/ect...

I'm skeptical about any real growth and suspect it's just pumped more?

If daily stimulation made things bigger, my pecker would be 10ft long by now.

So based on your logic I can only have one big bodypart, big chest, big arms etc and nothing else so why do I see bodybuilders with fully developed bodies they must have some special magic that we dont know about.

Champs have trained body parts once week, twice a week; and three times a week. We don't have training facts. What we have are training theories.  I remember Rick Wayne said when he wanted to increase his arms he did concentration curls every day and it worked.

Its true. i mean i honestly think the once a week is for genetic elite who already look like mr olympia their first year of lifting weights. the common skinny fat bro like me who does this, is just spinning wheels and wasting time. want a big chest, train that shit. who gives a fuck about splits. im thinking that youtube guy eric bugenhager guy is on to something

This works and it's safe for a while.  However, once you hit 40 years of age, watch out for injuries.
