Thats close to what I remember.  His posts on training (at PM) always made a lot of sense to me... Over the years my training has become similar to what he described (at least as far as I can recall).

Yeah, his training advice is very good and knowledgeable.  He is just a damn dick most of the time because he can't stop shilling his supps long enough.

He had a different approach to training, diet, and PEDs from most IFBB pros but it was hard to separate the real advice from the shilling

I just paid attention to his training and basic nutrition advice.  When he started on the supps shilling I just ignored it.

Surprising longevity to this thread.  I liked Hernon's mass as an amateur, but did he ever place anywhere decent as a pro?
