In your opinion GH15, how many grams of test/gh/ or whatever other steroid and average pro would need to take ?
it depends on his size. size = lean muscle mass. the biggesr you are the more you will have to take inorder to maintain or increase your LEAN muscle size.
in rough mesurments:
150lb = 500mg- 1 gram/week of each compound will do the trick
200lb = 1 gram/week of each compound will do the trick
250lb = 1 gram -3 grams/week of each major compound will do the trick. (1amp testovis a day sometimes 2)
*gh doses are diff from person to person (2iu-20iu/day and few do even higher)
*insulin is individual thing. (some will respond great some wont)
*the lower bodyfat you got on you the better those hormones be utilized by your body. dont start hormonizing yourself before youre maximum 12-13% bodyfat. 8-10% will be better. you can start at 16-18% but the results will come a lot slower and a lot less dramatic.
lastly, no hormone will put you on stage if you dont work hard inside and outside the gym. the reason we can take so much hormones is cause we make sure those hormones are being used by the body. try to inject them or swallow them and train half ass, eat half ass or train your ego and you will end up with no muscle and major health issues.
