jay cutler is a nice guy. he does work hard and he does make sure every gram of hormones that gets in his body is used to the max. the only problem he has is his arms. it is genetics related and the reason he will never touch the top of the mountain and he knows it but he fights and fights hard and sometimes the hard fighter can get to the top of the mountain  because the heart gets him there. in my opinion it wont happen to him because this is bodybuilding and not any other sport but who knows maybe god will help him.

jay cutler does grow but the growth happening everywhere on his upper torso beside the arms. his arms are stuck and lack genetically and it's a big problem. its very frastrating problem since when you grow all over it is very very important that your arms grow too since it is number one muscles in bodybuilding (biceps and triceps)

? His arms are HUGE, possibly the biggest and fullest out there. No Bicep vein really which is a bit shit but in the front double biceps his arems are unbelievably thick!

his arms are huge for the everyday gym rat and the everyday person in the street. for national competetive bodybuilding purposes his arms are standing at the same category as cook's arms. thick, big and lack of peak!   his arms do not touch 22.5 inch on stage like ronnie. they are somewhere around 21.75-22 inches. there are many with smaller arms that their arms look bigger than his and there are few with bigger arms than his but the main point is the genetics is lacking in jay cutler's arm department!

while he brought them up in size during the years...it is only due to hard work and hormones that he is even standing near 22 inch. ron, vic, darem, melvin, arnold, priest did not have to work that hard on their arms inorder to present same or bigger arm package with a hell of a lot better peak, a hell of a lot better split, same or better muscle fullness and a drier more dense over all look of the arm.

his delts, pecs, lats, midsection overshadow his arms! his arms fit a 250 pound top bodybuilder not 265 pound top bodybuilder and it's a big diff + genetically they fade when he's next to ron or even vic. whats his name branch got the same problem...it's genetics....you can grow 1/4-1/2 inch in size but the genetics of the arm will remain the same no matter how much gh you take at this level and no matter how much spot injection you will do at this level the changes are minimal if the genetics is not there.

I AM ONLY TALKING ABOUT ARMS. rest is top of the top.

it depends on his size. size = lean muscle mass. the biggesr you are the more you will have to take inorder to maintain or increase your LEAN muscle size.
in rough mesurments:

150lb = 500mg- 1 gram/week of each compound will do the trick

200lb = 1 gram/week of each compound will do the trick

250lb = 1 gram -3 grams/week of each major compound will do the trick. (1amp testovis a day sometimes 2)

*gh doses are diff from person to person (2iu-20iu/day and few do even higher)
*insulin is individual thing. (some will respond great some wont)
*the lower bodyfat you got on you the better those hormones be utilized by your body. dont start hormonizing yourself before youre maximum 12-13% bodyfat. 8-10% will be better. you can start at 16-18% but the results will come a lot slower and a lot less dramatic.

lastly, no hormone will put you on stage if you dont work hard inside and outside the gym. the reason we can take so much hormones is cause we make sure those hormones are being used by the body. try to inject them or swallow them and train half ass, eat half ass or train your ego and you will end up with no muscle and major health issues.

I can't see how his arms have anything to do with it - I just saw him a week ago or so at Max Muscle and his arms are ENORMOUS and I've seen a lot of pro's arms. Shape is fine. The no vein thing does look sorta strange though.

Jay's back is his weakest link. Even though he has brought is up in the past few years, Coleman's is still far ahead of anyone else.    Ever since Haney it seems that any Mr Olympia winner has to at least have the largest back on stage or else he's not even in the running.  Even still, I think the IFFBB judging is so screwed up and biased that even if Jay's back was 20 percent wider and thicker and Ronnie came in way outa shape it wouldn't matter.

nope, i respect Jay, he trains hard, i had his one video where he shoulder pressed 135 lb. db's, inclined and BB rowed 405 for reps and hack squatted 8 plates per side deep.

How much do you use if you weigh 300+?   You never included that group, what's a good estimate?
