Annual salary of Ru pres is about 120 000 dollars.
If he has serious personal wealth somewhere it is naturally stolen/acquired by other illegal means.
It is weird how he can wear those expensive watches, I doubt state provides those... probably most people don't care as long as he puts food on the table of common folks too.
