There are life long smokers who live beyond 90.  It's a mathematical fact it's a risk to health. No everyone won't hit the lottery of ill health but if you're fat in bad cardio shape you increase the odds. A steroid using bodybuilder 5'10" wattling around at 270lbs is asking for health problems.

Actually its one of the highlights of my day I like going to a crowded part of the gym and let loose a silent deadly fart then walk away from the scene of the crime and watch from a safe distance as some people are in the middle of a set and have to endure the stench, the expression on their faces is priceless.

I dont want to know because it could mess up my mind about  getting up to 300 pounds, I just have one simple rule I must be able to see my abs as I bulk.
