The majority of the pain is in the butt and you also feel it in the leg a bit, but some of it is in the lower back on the right side about the glutes, this is what sciatic pain is so you just embarrass yourself again talking about shit that you know nothing about.

You might have herniated discs. For real! I wouldn't ignore that shit. Go to an orthopedist.

The key is to put it all on your groin and your back.  Take your legs totally out of the equation.  Lift with your lower back in a jerking twisting motion.

Ok guys I bought a tennis ball yesterday actually I bought a pack of 3 since the dumbass refuse to sell me one, I went home  sat on the ball and massage the tender areas in the glute it helped tremendously the glutes are sore but the pain is slowly going away, so you getbiggers can give this a shot, shout out to getbigger someparts for the tip.

the sciatic nerve starts below the low back you daft twat,
but what about if there's abnormal pressure on a disc(s)...since the sciatic seems to connect further up a bit?

You could have muscle imbalances and trigger points, which are causing muscles to over-compensate or not activate properly, this could also include tightness in the muscle which can shorten certain muscles.
