Point is that Roman Abramovich, who is a major share holder in Evraz(the steel company that will be building the pipeline), is close to Putin.

I seem to remember when the German government protested that Obama "wire tapped" Merkel's cell phone and other phones. Also France said the same. It was all over both the American and Europe news. Now Trump says there was surveillance on his phones that even the NY Times reported on the front page then contradicted it self confirmed.

Cool, then. If O didn't (which HE can't), then all we got is another Trump lie. Which you're fine with, I'm sure. If he was tapped, then a federal court judge found adequate probable cause to do so.
